2012-2018 General Electric Power Conversion (GEPC) UK. (PE System Design Engineer)
- Naval converter – produced the key contract documentations: including Operation and maintenance manuals/Installation Instructions and Routine procedures.
- NPI Design and modifications of marine drives and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the failed components on the different GEPC projects.
- Thermal Design analysis to specify the creepage and clearance distance ratings for the components, busbars and cable layout. The air-cooling system specifications for the size of door ducts and the roof exhaust fans.
- Technical training of engineers on apprenticeship and new engineers at GEPC.
2010-2011 Aeristech Ltd. UK. (Electronic System Designer).
Design and developed the motor drive unit to validate the design parameters of a compressor motor (rated at 150 thousand rpm). The target was:
- Testing of electrical drive systems with backup power capability for testing of “Fully Electric Turbocharger” (26kW, 150k-rpm compressor motor).
- In addition to electronic and electrical system designer, I was also responsible for company’s EHS (Environmental health and safety) and building Safety.
