international institutions (EP, Westminster, etc.) conflict analysis,
policy, and strategic development and/or conflict prevention in
governmental, multilateral or civil society organizations. I have a
proven record of accomplishments in research and project development;
have delivered several successfully executed innovative social and
environmental sustainability, journalistic, translation, peacebuilding,
and educational projects/programs emphasizing cross-cultural
relationships and social interaction.

Has proven policy, advisory, and advocacy experience, and has achieved a
record of accomplishment in engagement with the senior levels of
government, EU institutions, and development partners. Has sound
political acumen, extensive experience of providing policy advice,
analysis, consulting in business development, and demonstrable knowledge
of facilitation, consensus-building, multi-stakeholder processes, and
negotiation. Has a great knowledge of and extensive experience in the
South Caucasus context, Syria, Myanmar, and Kashmir, including dialogue
and conflict prevention initiatives, social development, and protection
of refugee rights.
